| - Over the years I have heard that if a criminal enters your house e.g. say with a knife and you kill him with a gun, then you can be charged, cause you attacked him with weapon that is "greater" his. You are supposed to attack him with the same type of weapon. So what do you do? Do you tell the burgular to "hold on let me get a knife......?" Am I just a stupid thinker or this actually exists? - When a man is sentenced to 150 years in jail, Uhhmm I, I, I just cant get this.....Cant they just say Life Imprisonment? - Why does the Human Rights group try to defend a Criminal who has purpously destroyed an innocent life...by raping and killing a kid or old lady? Shouldnt he be given the worst form of punishment there is....torture, then ultimately death? These things do vex me, greatly
